If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact me within 3 days of its arrival. You will have a choice of either a replacement or refund. Refunds will only be given on return of the goods in the same condition they were sent.
All orders placed are aimed to be dispatched within 7-10 days unless specified. Your orders all come with tracking details and are shipped with Royal Mail.
