Shipping Policy

We're so grateful you've chosen to bring a little Moonlit magic into your world. Below is everything you need to know about how your orders travel from our business to your doorstep.

- We currently ship to the UK and also internationally unless specified. 

- Orders typically take 7-10 days after you place your order before it is dispatched. Pre-order items will take longer to be dispatched and you will be notified of the period you will need to wait. 

- Delivery times once dispatched varies depending on the country it's being delivered to. Also public holidays, customs and local disruptions may also cause delays.

- Shipping fees are stated at the checkout and will provide an option of both standard delivery or tracked delivery. Shipping costs vary depending on your location.

-  Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number if you chose tracked delivery. 

- If your order hasn't arrived in the designated timeframe, feel free to reach out to us on moonlitmuse1013@gmail.com - we are always here to help. 

- International customers may be liable for additional fees.

- Each order is packed with care and a touch of Moonlit magic. If you are sending a gift, let us know - we'll include a handwritten note at no extra charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want every Moonlit Muse creation to feel like a gift - whether it's for yourself or someone you love. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make it better. 

- You may be able to request a return if the product is faulty or doesn't meet your expectations. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order. 

- The items must be unused, in it's original packaging and in a resellable condition. 

- Non return items include sale or clearance items unless the item is faulty. 

- To contact us for a return or exchange, email us at moonlitmuse1013@gmail.com with your order number, name and reason for return. We will aim to respond within 2 days with the next steps. 

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure a safe return. A return address will be provided upon request. 

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. If you prefer a store credit, please let us know. 

- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

- If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please email us as soon as you can. Providing photos would help.

- We accept international returns, but shipping costs and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
